11. TjTSD,
TjTSD (Measure in an environment such as an constant temperature chamber where
the temperature for the IC can be freely changed) (A/B unit only. C/D unit conforms to A/B
unit.)
TjTSD : Increase the ambient temperature. Measure the temperature when output stops.
TjTSD : Gradually lower the temperature from the level when the TSD circuit was operating (output off).
At that time, control the RESET input thus : H → L → H → L. Output will begin at a certain
temperature level.
TjTSD is the difference between the temperature at which output begins and the temperature at
which TSD is triggered.
