Others
■ PLL is built-in to support master clock input in 2 MHz to 27 MHz range.
■ Provided with a circuit for controlling on/off of LEDs and vibrator. These can be operated synchronous with
the play data.
■ Provided with a stereophonic analog output pin for headphone
■ 16 bit stereophonic D/A converter is built in.
■ Supports power down mode. (The consumption current at the time of power down is less than Typ 1 A.)
Power supply voltage
The power supply includes three power supply sub-systems.
■ Power supply for speaker amplifier (SPVDD) supplies voltages in the range Vdd – 4.50 V (Typ 3.60 V).
■ Power supply for Core (VDD) supplies voltages in the range 2.65 V ~ 3.30 V (Typ 3.00 V).
■ Power supply for I/O pins (IOVDD) corresponds to low voltage I/F, and its supplies voltages in the range 1.65
VDD (Typ 1.80 V).
