General Description
Features
This P-Channel MOSFET is produced using Fairchild
Semiconductor’s advanced Power Trench process that
has been especially tailored to minimize the on-state

V GS = -10V, I D = -14.5A
V GS = -4.5V, I D = -12A
resistance.
This device is well suited for Power Management and
Extended V GS range (-25V) for battery applications
