Digital I/O Supply Voltage. Supplies all digital I/O except for XIN, XOUT, and
RESET. Bypass
DVDDIO to GNDIO with a 0.1F capacitor placed as close as possible to the device. DVDDIO also
connects to the input of the linear regulator.

Digital I/O Ground. Connect all grounds together at a single point.
