WIDE-INPUT SYNCHRONOUS BUCK CONTROLLER
Operating Input Voltage 10 V to 55 V
The TPS40060 and TPS40061 are high-voltage,
wide input (10 V to 55 V) synchronous, step-down
Input Voltage Feed-Forward Compensation
converters.
< 1% Internal 0.7-V Reference
This family of devices offers design flexibility with a
Programmable Fixed-Frequency, Up to 1-MHz
variety of user programmable functions, including;
Voltage Mode Controller
soft-start,
UVLO,
operating
frequency,
voltage
Internal Gate Drive Outputs for High-Side
feed-forward,
high-side
current
limit,
and
loop
P-Channel and Synchronous N-Channel
compensation.
These
devices
are
also
MOSFETs
synchronizable to an external supply.
