SERIAL DATA INPUT TIMING
(1) Serial data should be input with the LSB first.
(2) The address consists of 16 bits.
(3) The data consists of 16 bits.

(4) The 16 bits in the SCK after the CS signal has fallen are the
address, and for succeeding input data, the address is
incremented every 16 bits. Therefore, it is not necessary to
input the address from the second data.
