! Using the RTC-62421 /RTC-62423
1. Power-on procedure (initialization)
When power is turned on, the contents of all registers and the output from the STD.P pin are undefined. Therefore, all the registers
must be initialized after power on. Follow the procedure given below for initialization.

When VDD increases from 0 V to 5 V (at the initial power
on), it takes 1 second until oscillation starts,
depending on the time

check the BUSY bit.
Set the current time in the
registers
Start the counter and release
the HOLD status

of the registers, except for the CD,
