Measure the picture period noise levels of pins 13, 14, and 15 with an
oscilloscope.

N14 = 20 × Log (2.5 / (0.2 × n14))
N15 = 20 × Log (2.5 / (0.2 × n15))

(I#13) and measure the sink current on pin 13.
