Analog decoding of satellite signals
3.2.1.1
General signal conditioning
The external satellite communicates to the receiver by modulating its current
consumption at LINEx (x = 1 … 4). In order to ensure a constant threshold value of the
modulation current, the idle (base) current consumption of the sensor is measured,
integrated and afterwards subtracted from the line current. Therefore a constant
threshold current value for detecting high and low level signals can be provided over a
wide base current range.
