an excessive leakage current to GND or supply voltage has been detected.
the chip operates in Emergency Bias Mode (no external resistor at pin REF) or a
voltage difference between GNDD and GNDA has been detected.
an overtemperature shutdown occurred on one or more active satellite channels.
In this case a register entry will be done to the SFR or the ASR2 respectively.
The ISR register is reset automatically by performing a read access using the LineStat
or BurstRead command. In this case, the pending interrupt request lines are reset as
well.
Receiving new data without previous readout of the ISR or SDR registers will overwrite
the information. The appropriate INTNx-pin(s) will stay low.
The ISR is accessible in three ways:
by LineStat SPI-command; after reading, the ISR will be cleared (set to ‘00000000’);
using the LineStat2 SPI command. In this case, the content of the register will stay
unchanged;
by performing a burst read access to the device.
It has to be considered, that the status bits transferred by the burst read command
represent the ISR status at the time, the corresponding SDR (Satellite data register)
is sampled for data output. Performing a readout using the burst read feature resets
the ISR register.
ASR2 can be also read in two ways:
by GetTemp SPI-command, after reading the 4 MSB are reset (to ’0000’);
by the rest of defined SPI-commands, except GetTemp and Reset commands. In this
case the content of ASR2 stays unchanged after reading its value.
