TMP86FS49AUG
The TMP86FS49AUG is a single-chip 8-bit high-speed and high-functionality microcomputer incorporating
61440 bytes of Flash Memory. It is pin-compatible with the TMP86CM49/CS49UG (Mask ROM version). The
TMP86FS49AUG can realize operations equivalent to those of the TMP86CM49/CS49UG by programming the on-
chip Flash Memory.
