Divider
To lock the 9OSC0313 to a stable reference, a divided version of the output frequency is provided. The divide ratio is 4, putting this divided
output in the bandwidth of standard PLL ICs. Refer to Figure 12.
Doubler
The 9OSC0313 MMIC contains a doubler circuit. This provides the user with 2x the fundamental frequency of the oscillator.
Typical Application
Figure 12 shows a typical implementation of an oscillator using the 9OSC0313 MMIC.
