8.7.2 Microcontroller interface register output (Example of signals that control switching of Digital data input)

UGPI, when used as a microcontroller interface register output, can be used as a control signal that switches the
digital data input.
When increasing the number of digital data input systems, an peripheral circuit such as an input selector and a control
signal for that selector is required. The number of digital data input ports can be increased to two systems without
having to provide a control signal from the microcontroller by using the
__________
UGPI output.
Note that after a reset, the initial value of GPIDAT is set to "1", so high level is output from
__________
UGPI. Be aware that the
initial value of the switching signal is high level.
