Notes 1. Current flowing only to the real-time counter (excluding the operating current of the XT1 oscillator). If the
real-time counter operates in the HALT mode, the value of this current is the value of the 78K0R/Ix3 current
plus the IRTC value.
2. When internal high-speed oscillation, 40 MHz internal high-speed oscillation, and high-speed system clock
are stopped.
3. Current flowing only to the watchdog timer (including the operating current of the 30 kHz internal oscillator).
The current value of the 78K0R/Ix3 is the sum of IDD1, I DD2 or I DD3 and IWDT when the watchdog timer

the sum of IDD1 or IDD2 and IADC when the programmable gain amplifier operates in an operating mode or the
HALT mode.
6. Current flowing only to the comparator (AVREF pin). The current value of the 78K0R/Ix3 is the sum of IDD1 or
IDD2 and IADC when the comparator operates in an operating mode or the HALT mode.
7. Current flowing only to the LVI circuit. The current value of the 78K0R/Ix3 is the sum of IDD1, IDD2 or IDD3
and ILVI when the LVI circuit operates in the Operating, HALT or STOP mode.
