The electrical characteristics of the W9009 are described in
Table 4 below. Operating conditions (unless otherwise
specified):

Ambient temperature: 0 °C
< TA < 60 °C.

Supply voltage: 3.0 V
< VCC < 3.6 V.
s
RF frequency: 902 MHz to 928 MHz.
s
LO frequency: as required for RF above and 10.7 MHz IF.
s
Sideband selection: specifications must be met for both sideband states.
s
Typical performance measured at 25 °C ± 3 °C, 3.3 V.
* Typical output power at 1 dB compression is 2.5 dBm. Operation beyond the 1 dB compression point is not recommended, as spurious output
at LO + 5IF may fall in the 960 MHz to 1240 MHz band at levels which exceed FCC maximum.
