Electrical Specifications
Absolute Maximum Ratings
VDD = VDDD = VDDA (VDDD is supply to digital circuit, VDDA to analog circuit).
Stresses beyond those listed under "Absolute Maximum
Ratings" may cause permanent damage to the device. These
are stress ratings only and functional operation of the device
at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated in the
operational sections are not implied. Exposure to absolute
maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect
device reliability.
Recommended Operating Conditions
All parameters are characterized for DC conditions after
thermal equilibrium has been established.
Unused inputs must always be tied to an appropriate logic
level, e.g., either VDD or GND.
This device contains circuitry to protect the inputs against
damage due to high static voltages or electric fields; however
it is recommended that normal precautions be taken to avoid
application of any voltages higher than the maximum rated
voltages to this high-impedance circuit.
