4 Port 4
Port 4 is a dedicated output port.
In the MB89190A series, the analog input pin and port can be used only as an
analog power pin by performing bit-to-bit switching.
The function as a dedicated output port is mainly explained here.
The configuration, pins, pin block diagram, and related registers are shown.
T Port 4 configuration
Port 4 consists of the following two elements:
Output pins and analog input pins (P40/AN0 to P45/AVR)
Port 4 data register (PDR4)
T Port 4 pins
Port 4 has six output pins for N-ch open drain output.
In the MB89190A series, when using P40/AN0 to P43/AN3 as the analog input pins by the A/D converter,
do not use them as output port pins.
In the MB89190 series, P44/AVss and P45/AVR serve as dedicated output port pins (P44 and P45,
respectively). In the MB89190A series, P44/AVss and P45/AVR serve as analog power pins (AVss and
AVR, respectively).
