Bit 4: Write Protect
In Memory Card Interface mode, this bit indicates the state of the WP/-IOIS16 pin (Table 2) on the
card. This bit is not valid in I/O Card Interface mode.
Bit 5: Ready/Busy*
In Memory Card Interface mode, this bit indicates the state of the RDY/-IREQ pin ( Table 2) on the
card. This status bit is only defined for Memory Card Interface mode and is not valid in I/O Card
Interface mode.
Bit 6: Card Power On
This status bit indicates whether power to the card is on. Refer to Table 8 for more details.
