1
It is recommended that this pin be tied to OVDD using a 10k
resistor.
2
It is recommended that this pin be tied to OVDD using a 1k
resistor.
3
Multiple system resources are available for certain signals (CS, GPLs, IRQ, and so on). Exact conguration
depends on system conguration.
4
It is recommended that this pin be tied to VSS (ground) using a 10k
resistor.
5
Application-specic implementation determines exact pin-to-pin conguration of certain signals (Reset, JTAG, Clk).
6
The endian pin should ideally be connected to a general purpose line to dynamically switch between big and little
endian under program control. If a general purpose line is unavailable, another option is to tie the pin to OVDD and
perform byte swapping in software which will result in some performance degredation.
Table 3. Absolute Maximum Ratings 1, 2
1
Permanent device damage may occur if ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS are exceeded.
Functional operation should be restricted to RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS.
Exposure to higher than recommended voltages for extended periods of time could affect device
reliability.
2
This device contains circuitry to protect the inputs against damage due to high static voltages or
electric elds; however, it is advised that normal precautions be taken to avoid application of any
voltage higher than maximum rated voltages to this high-impedance circuit.
