TheORCASeriesFPGAsincludecircuitrydesignedtoprotectthechipsfromdamagingsubstrateinjectioncurrents
andtopreventaccumulationsofstaticcharge.Nevertheless,conventionalprecautionsshouldbeobservedduring
storage,handling,andusetoavoidexposuretoexcessiveelectricalstress.
