Chapter 3
Interfaces
This chapter describes the interfaces for the LSI Logic L64781 DVB-T
COFDM Demodulator. It consists of the following sections:
3.1 Microprocessor Interface
The microprocessor interface operates in serial bus mode and in slave
mode. The signals related to the microprocessor interface are:
SCL (serial clock)
SDA (serial data)
SAD (serial bus address)
INT (internal, unmasked interrupt)
For descriptions of these signals, see Section 4.2, “Microprocessor Serial
Data is transferred on the SDA pin, synchronized to the serial clock
(SCL). The serial clock has a maximum frequency of 400 kHz. The host
pins SAD[1] and SAD[0], Figure 3.1, input the two LSBs of the slave
address required by serial bus.
