Signals
4.7 PLL Pins
The following signals are related to the PLL pins.
PLLVDD
PLL VDD for the Internal PLL
I
This signal should be connected to VDD.
PLLVSS
PLL Ground for the Internal PLL
I
This signal should be connected to ground.
4.8 Channel Output Interface
The following signals are related to the channel output interface.
BCLKOUT
Byte Clock Output
O 3-state
This pin is a strobe that indicates valid data bytes on the
CO[7:0] bus. When the L64781 is in parallel mode, this
signal cycles once every valid data byte output. When
TS_CTRL = 1, this output is in 3-state.
CO[7:0]
Decoded Output
O 3-state
This bus forms the decoded output port. In parallel mode,
the L64781 outputs the channel data as eight bits wide
on CO[7:0]. In serial modes, the L64781 outputs the data
on CO[0]. When TS_CTRL = 1, this output is in 3-state.
DVALIDOUT
Data Valid Output
O 3-state
This signal indicates that the CO[7:0] bus contains
channel data. When TS_CTRL = 1, this output is in
3-state.
ERROROUTn Error Output
O 3-state
This signal is asserted LOW during all the frame in which
there are uncorrected errors. When TS_CTRL = 1, this
output is in 3-state.
FSTARTOUT
Frame Start Output
O 3-state
Signals the rst byte of a frame in parallel mode and the
rst bit of a frame in serial mode. When TS_CTRL = 1,
this output is in 3-state.
