This is a 7-bit wide, read/write register.
FRAME_NB
COFDM Frame Number
D[6:5] R
In read mode, FRAME_NB provides the last value of the
frame number received by the channel, using the TPS
signalling information.
The initial value of FRAME_NB is 00.
HIERARCHY
COFDM Nonuniform Constellation Ratio
D[4:2] R/W
In read mode, the HIERARCHY provides the last value
received by the channel, using the TPS signalling
information.
In write mode, the HIERARCHY stores the next
constellation-expansion ratio for the system to use, after
applying it.
