Low-power Consumption Modes
The MB89950 series of microcontrollers have two standby modes: sleep and stop to reduce the power
consumption. Writing to the standby control register (STBC) gives a transition to these two standby modes.
See section 2.1.4 for setting and releasing each mode.
Whether or not an oscillation stabilization period is required at release from each low-power consumption
mode depends on the mask option of the power-on reset (See page 2-9).
