The USB I/Os adhere to the Universal Bus Specification Revision 2.0 (USB2.0 spec).
V DD is the voltage to which the I2C bus pullup resistors are connected.
Applies to all input pins except WAKEUP, I2C pins, GPAIN[3:0], RTC_XI, and USB_MXI.
I SD is the amount of current the LDO is ensured to deliver before shutting down to protect itself.
I I applies to input-only pins and bi-directional pins. For input-only pins, I I indicates the input leakage current. For bi-directional pins, I I
indicates the input leakage current and off-state (Hi-Z) output leakage current.
When CV DD power is "ON", the pin bus-holders are disabled. For more detailed information, see Section 5.3.2 , Digital I/O Behavior

Applies only to pins with an internal pullup (IPU) or pulldown (IPD) resistor.
