andidlebeforetheAutoRefreshcommandisapplied.Nocontroloftheexternaladdresspinsisrequiredoncethiscyclehasstarted.All
necessaryaddressesaregeneratedinthedeviceitself.Whentherefreshcyclehascompleted,allbankswillbeintheidlestate.Adelay
betweentheAutoRefreshcommandandthenextActivateCommandorsubsequentAutoRefreshCommandmustbegreaterthanor
equaltothet RFC(min).

PowerDownMode
ThePowerDownModeisenteredwhenCKEissetlowandexitedwhenCKEissethigh.TheCKEsignalissampledattherisingedge
oftheclock.OncethePowerDownModeisinitiated,allofthereceivercircuitsexceptCLK,CKEandDLLcircuitsaregatedofftoreduce
powerconsumption.AllbankscanbesettoidlestateorstayactivateduringPowerDownMode,butburstactivitymaynotbeperformed.
AfterexitingfromPowerDownMode,atleastoneclockcycleofcommanddelaymustbeinsertedbeforestartinganewcommand.
DuringPowerDownMode,refreshoperationscannotbeperformed;therefore,thedevicecannotremaininPowerDownModelonger
thantherefreshperiod(t REF)ofthedevice.
