Receive Buffer Threshold.
These bits determine the threshold of the receive buff-
ers. Meaningful only when the BufThrEn bit in the Glo-
bal Control register is set. The step is 10. The
number of buffers is programmed value * 10 + 9. The
value varies between 9 (0x0) and 159 (0xf). The
default is 29 (0x2) for 1MB DRAM and 79 (0x7) for
2MB DRAM.
