18.1.2 CPU Tx Low Desc1 and 2, Offset: 0x28, 0x2C
Tx Low Desc1 and Tx Low Desc2 registers have the same format as the CPU Tx High Desc registers. The New_
Address messages are always entered into the high descriptor, therefore the CPU Tx Low Desc2 register contains
