Recommended Implementation 2
Configuring the ADT7468 as in Figure 55 provides the system
designer with the following features:

5 V measurement input.
VRM temperature using local temperature sensor.

Six VID inputs (VID0 to VID5) for VRM10 support.

CPU temperature measured using the Remote 1
temperature channel.

Three PWM outputs for fan control of up to three fans.
(All three fans can be individually controlled.)
Three TACH fan speed measurement inputs.
V CC measured internally through Pin 4.
CPU core voltage measurement (V CORE ).
2.5 V measurement input used to monitor CPU current
(connected to V COMP output of ADP316x VRM controller).
This is used to determine CPU power consumption.

11. If not using VID5, this pin can be reconfigured as the 12 V
monitoring input.
12. Bidirectional THERM pin allows the monitoring of

output.
