EEPROM Specification
Following type of EEPROM is available.
3-Wire type (93C46 compatible type)
+3.3V operation or +5V operation
16bit word
EEPROM interface block of S1S60000 structured to 5V tolerant.
Thus, the products designed for supply
voltage of
+5V or +3.3V are usable.
5.5.2
Data Stored
Each data of EEPROM is of 16-bit width. Table 5.16 shows the data map of the area to be used by S1S60000.
Data at Indices from 01h to 23h are set in the corresponding internal registers after the reset.
