L64002 Port or
AUX Port
The AUX port extracts and outputs selected transport packets based on
PID matching. This port’s 8-bit AUXD dataline outputs complete transport
packets (including header and adaptation eld) at the same time they are
transferred to their programmed destination. Except for PID matching, no
additional ltering is implemented on the transport packet data coming
through this port. The port’s position in the L64007’s architecture is
shown in Figure 2.53.
