PID Status Queue (PSQ) Value

When this bit is set to 1, the PID Status Queue Count
(PSQ_CNT) is valid. When this bit is set to 0, the
PSQ_CNT is ignored.
CCINT
Cache Error Interrupt

When this bit is set to 1, an interrupt was generated by
the Cache Controller, indicating that either the snoop
access tried to write to a location with invalid data, or that
the snoop access and the host processor tried to write to
the same location at the same time. This bit is reset to 0
after a read from this register.
