If there is no match with the transmitted CRC32 numbers, the CRC32
error ag is asserted. The MMU receives an error signal for this PID
Index; this causes the MMU to perform a reset on that section, and all
data posted for this section is discarded.

2.3.2.6 PES Streams Processing (Not Audio and Video)
Transport packets coming on the programmable PIDs (0 - 29) can carry
either PSI and Private sections, or PES streams that are not designated
as audio and video elementary streams for the A/V channel. The PES
indicator is generated by setting the PES/PSI control attribute to 1.The
elementary audio and video PES streams’ PIDs carrying the program
must be programmed to PID Index 30 and PID Index 31 of the ACRF.
Section ltering is not performed on PES streams. The user must pro-
gram the PSI/PES attributes in the FCR according to the stream type.
2.3.2.7
General Purpose Attribute Control Bits
The FCR1 Register includes several general-purpose control attribute
bits; these are used for the processing of all the PIDs, including PES
audio and video. Each PID’s control attribute bits are user-programma-
ble. The bits are described in Chapter 4.
2.3.2.8 Filter Enable Control
This 32-bit register allows each of the 30 general-purpose PIDs to select
one or more pattern and mask lters from the available set of 32 lters.
Figure 2.27 shows the organization of the lter enable bits within a group
of PIDs.
