Notes:
1. This flag is not set to 0 only by setting the TSCUSTRT bit in the TSCUCR0 register to 0 (measurement stops).
2. The writing results are as follows:
This bit is set to 0 when the read result is 1 and then 0 is written to the same bit.
This bit remains unchanged even if the read result is 0 and then 0 is written to the same bit. (This bit remains 1
even if it is set to 1 from 0 after reading, and writing 0.)
This bit remains unchanged if 1 is written to it.
